Logistics Specialist

**WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION** - Manage Warehouse 3PL and supervise J&J logistics team to perform all warehouse activities which includes In-bound and Out-bound and all warehouse storage transactions at right cost: pick and pack, deliver the right product to the customer at the right time, to providing the best customer service in ordering/invoicing the right products for the customer. - Manage all end-to-end 3PLs transactions via SAP - IM, ensuring all the transactions being performed in J&J process and compliance requirement. - To build 3PL capability by implementing J&J standard compliance requirement in EHS, Quality, Due diligent. - Monitoring the quality, quantity of the product and ensuring all the SLOB, damaged products are controlled properly as planned, in terms of both quantity and quality which meets with cost efficiency target. - Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes to have the right systems, process and data information are in place to support business needs. - Monitor all the activities in cost related to ensure all the activities to be paid correctly with all required compliance of supporting documents and within given budget. - Delivering consolidated monthly financial reporting of stock and shipping, and transportation activity across sectors. Providing analysis, insight, and guidance to the Deliver teams. - Identify the cost improvement opportunity for Deliver team. **COMPLIANCE & SOP MANAGEMENT FOR SUPPLY CHAIN** - Understanding the SOX compliance training, be responsible in creating, reviewing all processes of Inventory & Revenue Cycle as SOX requirement, ensure that all the transactions relating to either Inventory or Revenue is adequately documented, with specific reference to preventive, detective controls in place, which mitigate the risks relating to the company. - Coordinates local SC team on executing quarterly Key Control Confirmation. Interacts with Regional Compliance team to provide updates and assist to develop solutions/ SOP to be compliant with Johnson & Johnson Sarbanes Oxley. - Participation in regional Compliance activities, such as audits, training, to identify preventive and corrective actions. - Local SAP security: Coordinates regional Finance IT compliance maintain Global Access Management (GAM) programme to ensure that access of local Supply Chain user is authorized, appropriate to job position and with no conflict (manual or system) which may impose financial risk or fraud. - Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) reviews to assess SOD conflicts within a user's access and ensure the access is still required and that every approved conflict has a documented mitigating and /or compensating control which addresses the conflict for that specific user. Mitigating/ compensating controls for approved SOD conflicts were properly identified, documented and referenced to SOX compliance requirement. **PLANNING & SC KPI** - KPI control to align with Supply chain strategies. - Data management & improvement for planning - Review process and other projects/assignments from supervisors/manager for SC improvement. **SAP TRAINING & CAPABILITY FOR SUPPLY CHAIN** - Provide expert insight for system development & operations process related to Supply Chain projects. - Provide SAP training & development planning for Supply Chain SAP users, including SAP security, GAM program, & SAP transactions performance for respective functionality. - Provide audit support in evaluating and explaining the training compliance processes that are within the scope of responsibility. **Qualifications**: - Experience in supply chain & logistics at least 3-5 years. - Good knowledge & capability on SAP system, data analysis. - Proficiency in MS Apps excel/ power point/Power BI, office computer. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team environment including Managers, internal & external customers, suppliers. - Ability to speak fluent English in writing and speaking. - "Can do" attitude & good skills on alignment, teamwork.
