Buyer is responsible for identifying purchasing needs, researching potential vendors, tracking orders, updating internal databases with order details, conducting market research, evaluating vendor offers, negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records of invoices and contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Provide qualitative product information.

- Work directly with suppliers throughout the procurement process
- Coordinate with related departments to check the quality of products
- Responsible to work in the area of purchasing and secure purchasing processes, policies
- Product Sourcing/Assortment Development:

- Existing Suppliers - New SKUs
- New Suppliers/New SKUs
- Customer Inquiry/Feedback/Suggested
- In Demand/Market Trend/New Features
- Other Platforms (i.e. Online Shopping, etc.)
- Market Survey:

- Update local market trend
- Price Survey
- Price Adjustment - Increase & Decrease
- Masterlist Update:

- Supplier/Brand Masterlist/Payment Terms
- SKU Masterlist/Status
- Rationalization
- Qube System

OTHERS TASKS
- Always comply with the company's regulations, procedures, business ethics and applicable laws.
- Comply with data security according to the company's information security regulations
- Others task from Line Manager

Education/ Học vấn: Đại Học / University

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: Minimum 3 years working experience in the retail industry, sourcing, negotiation, and market research skills

Knowledge/ Kiến thức:

- Knowledge of Retail industry
- Familiar with the retail business and legal requirements
- Technical knowledge on products and quality assurance will be a plus
- Knowledge of Products and material
- A constant urge to improve, develop, change and influence
- A truly curious and courageous mind-set

Foreign language/ Ngoại ngữ: Fluent in both writing and speaking English

Skills/ Kỹ năng: Negotiation skill, Sourcing skills, Market research skills, Interpersonal skills, Good computer skills (Microsoft office/ Outlook, etc.)
