The Opportunity:
We are looking for Associate Director, Partnership Business Management who
- Articulate and execute CPDO’s strategic visions
- Provide leadership and management for the PD back-office functions: Business Management, Proposition, Marketing, Operation, and Quality Assurance.
- Direct counterpart to bank’s Head of Insurance, and manage the working cadence/process between AIA and bank partners.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional teams within Partnership distribution to deliver key partnership outcomes, including:
- Strategy & Business Planning: Formulate PD strategy together with CPDO. Develop business plans with clear initiatives, purposes, & KPIs.- Business Performance Management: Develop framework and tools to provide meaningful & timely performance indicators. Provide insightful and actionable analysis to drive sustainable growth.- Compensation & Contest: Design and implementation of internal/external compensation & contests to drive the right behaviors and build a professional & quality sale-force.- Propositions & Marketing: Drive a customer-centric value propositions to our products & services. Ensure a holistic approach for product development & implementation.- PD Operations & Digitalization: Drive operational effectiveness through process optimization & digitalization. Formulate & execute PD digitalization strategy, with focus on data and process integration with bank partners.- Quality Assurance: Ensure customer’s value through sale-force discipline and quality management.- Partner Management: Directly manage Banca HO and related functions. Liaise between banks’ and AIA’s function to facilitate partnership cooperation. Ensure Service Level Agreement between AIA and Banks are met- Build High-Performing team and Succession Planning under this highly competitive environment.- Able to coach and mentor direct reports and able to execute where capabilities gap exists.- To execute company’s strategic initiatives including Technology Data Analytics, Health and Wellness, Agility, and other key initiatives from time to time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration- At least 10 years of relevant business experience in insurance, banking, financial planning, project management, operation transformation, customer experience.- Proven track-record of stakeholder management and impactful contribution to business results.- Knowledge: Insurance products, Business Management- Technical: Process automation, Analytics, Change management- Skills: Team Management, Critical thinking, Problem Solving, Stakeholders Management, Detail - orientation, Communication, Presentation, Influencing, Negotiation- Leadership Essential: Purpose led advocate; Curious Learner; Collaboration Challenger.
