- As a Field Events & Operations Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Administration team to ensure uninterrupted business operations; manage team activities including resources allocation based on workload and priorities, professional development, reporting and delivery of team objectives; lead a key area of sales and support services.**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deals with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and takes care of general administrative tasks. Supports, initiates, and monitors optimization of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes.
- Establishes a strong and sustainable network with stakeholders, clients and service functions. Provides detailed technical or professional advice to external and internal contacts and recommends adaptations to processes.
- Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units. Coordination of process changes and maintenance of related SOP’s. Provides effective administrative support to assigned executive(s).
- Develops an effective Administration team through managing, training and coaching. Organizes workload within the team to make sure that service is efficiently executed & uninterrupted at all times.
- Researches and resolves escalated problems, issues, or incidents & implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. Ensure team adherence to all processes and working procedures related to Administrative services.
Key performance indicators- Brings insights and innovation into processes; Customer satisfaction: yearly survey result and multi-rater feedback from stakeholders.
- Control results related to Administrative service and transactions; Compliance with processes and deadlines.
