Key Responsibilities:

- Client Briefing and Internal Debriefing:

- Collect client briefs and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and research creative solutions for clients.
- Proposal Writing and Pitching:

- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to acquire projects from clients.
- Pitch ideas to clients, aiming for the best possible outcomes and project wins.
- Strategic Event Campaign Development:

- Devise and implement strategic event campaigns across various channels.
- Project Management and Execution:

- Prepare quotations, manage internal costs, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure efficient and effective project management, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budget.
- Event Coordination and Troubleshooting:

- Coordinate with suppliers, conduct rehearsals, and address client queries.
- Resolve issues on the day of the event to ensure smooth operations.
- Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:

- Evaluate events post-execution, including data analysis and financial settlements.
- Conduct team review meetings and prepare reports for event stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client teams.
- Event Market Research and Knowledge Update:

- Stay up-to-date on event trends and industry developments through research and external sources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Event Supervisor.
- Creative mindset, proactive approach to work, and ability to function well in a team.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
