**Minimum Requirement**

**Desirable**
- Tertiary level IT qualification or equivalent
- Experience working a similar Systems Administrator role.
- Keen interest in data privacy, IT security and systems management
- An interest in looking at problems from a global perspective while working within different legislations, cultures, languages and time zones.
- Great communications skills, both in person and remote
- A level of experience with the Japanese language would be considered an asset
- Social media experience. We are partners with the major platforms.

**Other requirements**
- English is our key criterion for selection as you have to work with the HQ in New Zealand on a daily basis, so we will need someone who is proficient in English.
- Have a good background in software development or data security.
- The position requires working at the office, not remotely.

**Responsibilities**
- Work within the Shuttlerock IT Team to help manage, maintain and protect cloud systems, endpoint hardware and data across a number of global offices and remote locations.
- Research new technologies, assess possible solutions and evaluate systems prior to implementation
- Carry out some of the BAU system administration and support tasks required to manage a global workforce.
- Ensure all IT systems and staff are compliant with security requirements as outlined in the Shuttlerock IT Policies
- Respond to cybersecurity threats, identify vulnerabilities and offer robust solutions as a member
- Increase IT security awareness and culture within the organization through training and regular staff communications.

**Salary**: 18,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
