QIMA are currently implementing an enterprise-grade LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), which will be critical component in the operation of the laboratory handling the rapidly increasing numbers of submissions, samples, and workflows. The LIMS will also be essential for the laboratory’s regulatory and legal compliance.

place where you can grow your technical and management skills - while helping us bring trust to global trade.

We would like you to join our team to help us ensure the quality of our clients’ supply chains by performing on-site

product inspections of all products.

**The Job**:
System Administrator will support our Operations and Management teams by handling some key admin tasks, with a focus on set-up of method and specification, and other document management.

The main responsibilities include:
1. Understanding lab operations.

2. Performing data setup of the LIMS.

3. Performing LIMS testing.

4. Assisting system rollout.

5. Supporting users in their daily usage of the LIMS.

6. Handling ad-hoc assignment as required.
- General computer skills.
- Ability to communicate cross-functional.
- Experience in LIMS or Testing laboratory will be of advantage.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English (Addition in Chinese is a plus).
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and multinational environment.
- Meticulous, independent, and reliable work attitude.
- Extensive training on our LIMS system will be provided internally conducted by the System Analyst._
