We are looking for a full-time System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

A. System Administration

  • Manage and operate Linux server environments.
  • Maintain and optimize virtualization infrastructures, with a focus on Proxmox.
  • Ensure high availability, capacity planning, and performance tuning of systems.
  • Implement and manage enterprise services such as LDAP, Samba, Traefik

B. Network Administration

  • Configure and maintain network services: IP networking, routing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP.
  • Manage firewall and security components (IPTables, PfSense)
  • Maintain VPN infrastructures and ensure secure remote access.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity.

C. Monitoring & Observability

  • Deploy and maintain monitoring stacks such as Zabbix, Centreon, Grafana, Telegraf, InfluxDB.
  • Implement alerting strategies and ensure proactive detection of incidents.

D. Containers & Automation

  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
  • Automate operational tasks using Ansible.

Qualifications

  • Full Linux mastery: strong proficiency in system internals, shell scripting, performance analysis.
  • Experience with virtualization: Proxmox.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
  • Strong expertise with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Zabbix, Centreon, Elastic, Graylog…).
  • Solid debugging and analytical skills.
  • Practical experience with Docker containerization.
  • Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.

Bonus skills

  • Exposure to Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow)
  • Knowledge of Kybemetes

Languages

  • The candidate must be native Vietnamese
  • Good proficiency of English
  • French knowledge is a plus

Compensation packages
