Senior Category Development Manager

**1. Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
- Develop PICOS (Picture of success) of HVN in MOFT by channel by:
- Define hero portfolios by channel by region
- Define right visibilities - right investments and key hot-zone by channel by region
- Build Premium & Disruptive visibilities & images for HVN in MOFT by creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company, as well as strong CTA to trigger shopper purchase.
- Provide solution of category development via space management and captaincy for key stores via shoppers/customers and category understanding
- Identify key growth drivers for Beer and Beyond Beer category in Modern Trade and define strategies to capture those drivers in Joint Business Plans with Customers (in collaboration with Channel team and Customer team)
- Drive Excellent in Execution via Standard Planogram guideline and Playbook across channels. Cascade to sales team and driving for right execution.
- Lead visibility development and deployment for innovation and key campaigns across channels to ensure consistently strong image and communication in-store
- Manage annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders
- Develop commercial case through selling stories to support in-store initiatives
- Managing & following up with company process and agency to ensure on time if full deployment with high quality
**2. **Experience / skills required**:
- Experienced in FMCG in Trade marketing, Customer marketing, Customer Development
- Have sense of “Art/Design”, understanding about POSM materials
- Good collaboration and influencing skills
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Good in manage complexity
- Having experience in visibilities/merchandising are preferred
- Detail orientated.
