**Job description**:
- **Role Objective**:Plan, develop, and optimize digital products and services in the dental domain, ensuring alignment with market needs, clinical workflows, and business strategy.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and analyze requirements from users and stakeholders across the dental ecosystem (clinics, dentists, technicians, suppliers, customers).
- Plan, define, and propose features for products including:
- _ Dental clinic management systems._
- _ Dental treatment workflows and patient medical records._
- _ Dental material procurement, inventory, and supply chain management._
- _ Payment systems, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment gateway integrations._
- _ Warranty processes for dental services, equipment, and materials._
- _ Dental imaging workflows (intraoral photos, X-ray, 3D scans)._- Create product documentation: BRD, MRD, User Stories, User Flows, basic Wireframes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and QA to ensure product quality and delivery timeline.
- Participate in UAT, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Track product performance, analyze user data, and propose feature optimizations.
**Your skills and experience**:
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare/Dentistry, or related fields.
- Preferred:
- Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Healthcare or dental-related training or certificates.
**Process and Professional Experience**
- From 03 years of experience as a Product Planner, Product Owner, or Product Analyst & BA
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes:
- Requirement gathering, business analysis, user story creation.
- Participation in grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
- Close collaboration with Developer, QA, and UI/UX throughout sprints.- Experience in building and managing product backlogs, prioritization based on value and technical complexity.
- Familiarity with dental clinic workflows: patient intake, treatment, material management, billing, imaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and marketing to standardize implementation and product usage processes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
