- Prepare detailed production plans according to customer orders and machine capacity
- Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production progress; update reports and actual performance
- Plan and follow up on material requirements to ensure timely supply for production
- Adjust schedules of orders to maintain flexibility and efficiency in production
- Manage production standards, in-process inventory and resolve unexpected production issues
- Coordinate, assign and supervise production workers to ensure schedule adherence
- Report weekly work results to the Production Director
- Other tasks as required by Production director

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**1. Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical fields

**2. Major**: Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or related fields

**3. Certification**:Training in Production Planning, ERP/MRP Systems is a plus

**4. Knowledge**:

- Understanding of production process, material flow, and capacity planning
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and scheduling

**5. Skills**:

- Strong planning, data analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software; ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- English: Intermediate (equivalent to Bằng C) - able to read technical documents and basic communication

**6. Competences/ Attitude**:

- Logical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

**7. Experience**:At least 2 years’ experience in managerial position.
