OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Underwriting Manager / Deputy Manager in the operation of Underwriting Division to help achieve the planned objectives of the Company.

DIMENSIONS:

- Maintain Underwriting guidelines and Policy wording/ clauses standards;
- Handling Underwriting referrals;
- Review work procedure with view of control, increased productivity and efficiency;
KEY OUTPUTS:

- Work with Marketing Divisions on underwriting new and renewal businesses according to risk assessment, underwriting authority limit and treaty terms and conditions;
- Monitor/ control acceptance of risks to ensure that Underwriting guideline and treaties limit continue to be complied;
- Provide technical support to Marketing team including monitoring and maintaining policy wordings, underwriting document templates, etc.;
- Develop, maintain Underwriting statistics and prepare Underwriting reports;
- Other underwriting works as assigned by Company.

RELATIONSHIPS:

- MSIG Vietnam’s staff and other industry peers.
- Reinsurance market is preferable.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
QUALIFICATIONS:

- University Graduation
- English fluency.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Sound Underwriting knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- In depth knowledge of insurance, products, insurance contracts;
- Have knowledge about types and methods of reinsurance.

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 3 years of progressively property/casualty underwriting.
- Prior experience in underwriting business is preferable.
