**WHAT WE DO**
- Nghiên cứu & phát triển thuật toán AI, áp dụng vào các dự án nội bộ và khách hàng
- Xây dựng và triển khai các mô hình Machine Learning, Deep Learning trong các lĩnh vực như Computer Vision, NLP, Audio Processing, Generative AI, v.v
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình AI: Ứng dụng MLOps để triển khai mô hình AI hiệu quả, đảm bảo hiệu suất, độ chính xác và khả năng mở rộng
- Tích hợp AI vào sản phẩm: Phối hợp với các nhóm Software Engineer, Data Engineer để đưa AI vào các hệ thống thực tế, có thể chạy trên cloud hoặc on-premise
- Nghiên cứu công nghệ AI mới nhất: Theo dõi các paper, thử nghiệm LLM, RAG, Diffusion Models, tối ưu kiến trúc mô hình AI để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản phẩm

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình Python
- Thành thạo Python, hiểu rõ OOP, coding standards (PEP8, Google Style, v.v.)
- Vững kiến thức toán cao cấp (đạo hàm, tích phân, xử lý dữ liệu nhiều chiều, cấu trúc dữ liệu và giải thuật, v.v.)
- Có kinh nghiệm trong một hoặc nhiều lĩnh vực: Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Learning, Audio Processing, Deep Learning, Generative AI (RAG, Vector Database, LLM Fine-tuning, Stable Diffusion, v.v.); sử dụng Cloud AI/ML Services (AWS, GCP, Azure); Data Engineering, v.v..
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với Git, RestAPI, docker, sql và non sql database
- Hiểu biết về Agile/Scrum là lợi thế
- Tư duy, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, tinh thần cầu tiến
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Nhật là điểm cộng
