**CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC**:
As an AI Expert for our Intelligent Traffic Systems, you will be the chief architect of the core technology that powers our next-generation ITS cameras. Your mission will include:

- **Core Algorithm Architecture**: Lead the R&D, design, and development of specialized Computer Vision models for our Intelligent Traffic Camera platform, including:

- Vehicle Detection & Classification (cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, etc.).
- High-accuracy Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR/LPR).
- Multi-lane and Multi-camera Vehicle Tracking.
- Behavior Analysis & Violation Detection (e.g., red-light running, lane violations, speeding).
- **Peak Performance Optimization**: Directly improve and optimize AI models to achieve maximum performance (accuracy, inference speed) for deployment on embedded hardware (IP Cameras, Edge Computing Boxes).
- **Field Deployment & Integration**: Collaborate closely with Firmware and Backend teams to integrate, test, and deploy solutions at scale, ensuring 24/7 stable operation in real-world traffic environments.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Expertise in Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS)**: A minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience** in Computer Vision, with proven experience developing AI models for ITS or Surveillance Camera systems.
- **Mastery of Edge AI Deployment**: In-depth experience in optimizing and deploying AI models on embedded systems/cameras, especially on specialized SoCs (Ambarella, Mediatek, Novatek, SigmaStar, etc.).
- **Proficiency in Core Technologies**:

- Strong command of AI frameworks like **PyTorch, TensorFlow**, and model porting tools like **ONNX/TensorRT**.
- High proficiency in **C/C++ and Python** in a Linux environment.
- Experience with **cross-compilers, Makefiles, and CMake**.
- **Deep Understanding of Video Pipelines**: Solid knowledge of the image processing and video streaming pipeline on cameras (ISP, raw image, H.264/H.265 codecs, RTSP/ONVIF)

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Pluses)
- Extensive experience with ANPR/LPR for Vietnamese license plates.
- Experience developing systems for behavior analysis and traffic incident detection (accidents, congestion, illegal parking).
- Knowledge of **MLOps** for building efficient and automated AI model lifecycle management pipelines.
- Experience with large-scale multi-camera tracking systems.
- A **Ph.D. in Computer Vision** or a related field is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to read and research technical documentation effectively.
