**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Vietnam, with a strong focus on promoting diversity and inclusion and strengthening our talent pipeline. This role will support key functions of Finance, Legal & External Affairs, Human Resources, Exec & Corp Services, IDT with a combination of around 75 permanent employees in Vietnam & Cambodia. The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful drive of talent management processes & initiatives, policy & governance gatekeeping in collaboration with fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
**Reports to**:Cluster Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, building an effective space to perform at their best, providing quality advice HR matters that assist business & commercial deliveries as well as promoting a DEI culture.
- Drive initiatives to promote female representation in the management population, ensuring that hiring and promotion processes are equitable and unbiased.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies in line with company strategy, focusing on rigorous talent identification, development, and performance management.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions, with a focus on continuous improvement and talent development.
- Work closely with the Talent team to identify and address employee training and development needs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, with a focus on maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure a competitive and fair reward strategy that promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion, talent pipeline, and performance development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies related to diversity and inclusion.
- Takes personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have strong understanding of HR functions?
**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in a large multi-national company.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization, driving positive change and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field.
