**Job Details**:
Handle daily operations to ensure a smooth running of the process
- Ensure team assignments and work processes are designed to best achieve this quality customer service
- Assist the operations manager to assign teams, establish work processes, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of shipping operations; keep customers up to date on any important information relative to their business
- Communicate promptly and professionally with overseas customers / vendors / agents / suppliers in Hong Kong, China, or overseas
**Job Requirements**:
High school or above
- At least 4 years or above experience in sea freight with solid experience and air freight experience is an advantage
- Familiar with US market
- Good ability to communicate in English and Chinese, written and spoken
- Possess problem-solving skills & leadership skills; mature & self-motivated
- Proficient in MS office
- Immediate availability is preferred
