**Team Introduction**:

- The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.

**Role Overview**:

- In this role, you will be a product & program expert, collaborating external and internal stakeholders, managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve clients' objectives. Position qualification necessitates the capability of analyzing the results with gains and learnings in order to take a long-term approach and build productive client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project management of multiple programs (including but not limited to Hashtag Challenge, Branded Effect, Reservation ads, Creative/Creator programs) and ensuring delivery with zero-error-rate.
- Collaborate internally with client & agencies externally, and Sales Partnerships, Client Solutions Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to manage the project in a timely manner.
- Monitor & troubleshoot the campaigns and proactively take the initiative to improve results.
- Analyze campaign performance to offer clients data-driven, business insights on reports and simultaneously use those findings to improve our ad offerings.
- Balance with the client's expectations and platform functions, to maintain the revenue as well as to expand the good case performance.
- Take a long-term approach to build effective client relationships, in collaboration with the Sales Partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's ad solutions.
- Communicate with larger teams on campaign solutions and best practices.
- Knowledge of digital third-party measurement, content and media verification partners.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management/client services position in digital marketing.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management/client services position in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing projects involving different parties, and understanding how to settle issues and manage deadline slippage.
- Experience with campaign delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insights.
- Impeccable attention to details & process and highly organized.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interpret technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong enthusiasm for TikTok and teamwork.
- Self-starter and motivated to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and in English communication, native level in Vietnamese.
