We’re looking for **Project Coordinator **to Noventiq Vietnam. **Job purpose**: Managing typical projects in time, within the budget, following internal standards; assisting project managers in complex projects. **Main responsibilities**: - Manage time, approachability, resources, project budget - Monitoring and controlling project tasks - Manage full life-cycle of the project - Organizing project workflow - Coordinating customer’s relationship with possible involvement of project manager - Assisting project managers in complex projects - Organizing and logging of meetings - Managing other tasks from project managers **Authorities**: Take risks not exceeding 10% of the project budget, hiring/replacement team (excluding a subcontractors) **Experience**: 3-5 years in IT, with minimum 3 years of management experience **Knowledge and skills**: higher education, basic knowledge of project management **Communications**: Internal: sales and delivery departments, back office, customers, quality assurance department.
