- Define the process for each type of project.
- Audit and monitor the process compliance of projects in accordance with quality standard process.
- Consult and guide project teams in defining/developing processes, procedure, guideline, templates, and checklist.
- Work closely with management and other departments to establish measurement & analysis systems to measure performance of projects.
- Provide QA job training for Junior QA and QA.
- Involve in process improvement.
