We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist to join our HR dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will report directly to the HR Manager.

**What to do**
- Be a good teamplayer in the HR team to well-coordinate in implementing Human Resource Management and Development Plans which are in accordance with the Company's business goals.
- Together with the HR team, monitor each individual's career path development:

- Follow Employee Performance Appraisal System and Hard Skill Development;
- Detect needs of learning & development (if any);
- Implement People Development programs.
- Follow and ensure the success of the Performance Appraisal Process.
- Respond to all feedback, questions or complaints from employees with possible and appropriate solutions.
- Detect employee needs and propose suitable adjustments.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders and identify the people's problems to promptly suggest the solutions, create favorable conditions.
- Great teamwork in all HR activities to bring overall efficiency to the team.

**What you should have**
- From 5 years of experience working in human resources management or similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Recruitment Processes, Performance Management, and HR-related policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal & teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to connect with people.
- Self-Management & Plan Development

- Have a high sense of responsibility towards work
