Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Proactively search for potential customers through various channels to build a comprehensive database of leads.
- Actively cold call and engage potential clients to introduce the company's services and solutions, aiming to generate interest and set up meetings.

Customer Outreach and Engagement:

- Contact potential customers from the self-generated list or the company's database to introduce services and promotional programs.
- Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert prospects into clients by promoting the value of the hotel's services.

Sales Cycle Management:

- Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact, networking, and relationship building through to closing deals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to secure long-term partnerships.

Internal Collaboration and Program Development:

- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing department to plan and execute promotional programs, customer appreciation events, and introduce new services.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular work reports and participate in departmental meetings to provide customer feedback and suggest effective solutions.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the overall business objectives.
- Travelling within the country/region/oversea
- Work location: Hanoi, Hoi An or Ho Chi Minh City

- Confident in cold calling, networking, and follow-ups to secure new business.
- Experienced in setting and achieving sales goals, with a track record of success.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative problem solver with leadership abilities and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, management, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
