JOB VACANCYPosition: Business Development ManagerLevel: ManagerWorking model: Fulltime
- Main role, responsible for BD & Marketing with the following targets:

- Achieve 1,000 trial users
- Reach 100 paid customers
- Develop 10 customized services for Sotatek
- Ensure deals with Sambanova and Dataiku

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the sales team (in collaboration with Sotatek Sales)
- Develop a partnership program (Resell, White Label)
- Manage PoC campaigns (1,000 trial users)
- Coordinate marketing activities on social media
- Establish KPIs and monitor team metrics

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in B2B sales in technology/AI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and social media
- Strong negotiation and high-level sales closing skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Flexible working regime and health care:

- Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
- Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
- 01-day remote work per month
- A flexitime allowance of 90-180 minutes per month for employees
