Senior Product Manager

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
To develop marketing strategies and lead implementation of tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for vaccine products are met.

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**

**_ Marketing:_**
- Support Marketing Manager to develop short
- and long-term portfolio strategy plans and ensure execution excellence of the team.
- Analyze market research findings, prepare budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the products in terms of PnL, market share, growth and desired market positioning.
- Plan portfolio strategies, evaluate, align and integrate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local setting; manage portfolio life cycle in view of initiatives for new indications, extensions, modifications and other life cycle strategies.
- Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to improve market performance.
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate, and analyze competitive market information; set parameters and direct execution of market research.
- Ensure that new products/service ideas are developed and evaluated effectively.
- Plan, lead, organize, direct and manage events related to pre-launch, launching, regular PM functions and other special projects.
- Lead advertising, promotion and communication campaigns.
- Lead marketing team in training conduction for Medical Representatives as needed, including Product Knowledge, Obstacle Handling and Promotional Materials.
- Establish network of Key Opinion Leaders who will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and CME activities and will provide customer input for planning purposes.
- Liaise with key accounts for better market understanding and strengthen strategic partnership for business goals.
- Work with FF team/regulatory/medical team and CFT to ensure deliver brand strategy.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- University graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine (or other fields)
- Solid experiences in MNC pharmaceutical/Healthcare companies.
- Marketing or management qualification preferred but not essential.

**_ Professional Competencies Required: _**
- Sound knowledge of products and diseases and the health care system.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and process, financial acumen.
- Good decision-making, planning and project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good enterprise leadership skill.
- Effective sales, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
