Thời gian làm việc:
T2 -t6, 8:00 to 5:00pm (nghỉ trưa: 12:00 ~ 13:00)

Nội dung công việc:
Quản lý các hoạt động kinh doanh của chi nhánh:
+ Giám sát và nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh cùng quản lý chi phí

+ Phát triển và thực hiện các chiến lược mở rộng thị trường để nâng cao doanh số và thị phần thị trường của cả kênh TT và MT

+ Xây dựng và củng cố mối quan hệ phân phối mạnh mẽ trong các tỉnh miền Nam

+ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các team khác để đảm bảo thực hiện các chiến lược

+ Quản lý team Sales: Dẫn dắt, phát triển và tạo động lực team sales hiệu suất cao

Yêu cầu:

- Giới tính Nam, tốt nghiệp ĐH trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm 8 năm sales trở lên trong đó Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí National/ Regional Sales Manager/ Sales Director phụ trách cả kênh MT và TT (chính) ở khu vực phía Nam
- Kinh nghiệm xưng dựng mối quan hệ phân phối kênh TT nhanh chóng trong các tỉnh miền Nam
- Kỹ năng quản trị, quản lý team và lên kế hoạch chiến lược tốt
- Tiếng Anh kinh doanh trôi chảy

Chế độ:

- Mức lương: 4000$
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ và du lịch hàng năm.
- Tham gia BHTN, BHXH, BHYT theo đúng quy định nhà nước.
- Bảo hiểm cá nhân
- 18 ngày nghỉ phép năm
- Thưởng 1 năm 1 lần
- Và các loại chế độ phúc lợi khác

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mục lương: Lên đến 100.000.000₫ một tháng
