Pandaw Cruises is the largest river cruise business in South and South-East Asia. Established for 30 years it operates 17 ships in 5 countries. It is a family-owned business and currently employs about 250 people of all nationalities.

Pandaw ships offer high levels of service, comfort and safety and set the benchmark for river cruising in Asia. Pandaw is a revered and much-loved brand with something of a cult following in the UK, USA and Australia and high repeat travel rates.

You will join our dynamic and energetic team based at our head office in Saigon, Vietnam, with the responsibility for all financial matters incurred by Pandaw vessels in the country of appointment to ensure high quality and economic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control on operation costs, hotel costs, F&B costs of all ships operating in relevant destinations.
- Control all cash books/Bank accounts - both expenses and daily sales.
- Control on Monthly count Inventory & cash on hand on ship.
- Lead cost control activities to manage and reduce expenses.
- Supervise and coordinate personnel involved in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for food, beverages, and general supplies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the operations and purchasing team to identify opportunities for revenue maximization and cost savings.
- Provide leadership with cost of sales information to support cost control and maximise profits while maintaining high quality and service standards.
- Deliver periodic statistical and analytical reports on revenue and expenses to the management team.
- Daily Sales Receipt Recording: Follow up daily sales receipts and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system.
- Liaise with customers to follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably within an international company handling multiple countries.
- Experience in Audit companies is preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess cost control measures and identify improvement areas.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
