**Finance and Accounting Manager (HCMC, Vietnam)**

Your key responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain proper financial management of the operations
- Monitor accuracy of accounting transactions at the repair sites
- Timely delivery of data and reports in order to assure on time month-end closing
- High standards of business integrity and customer satisfaction for the repair site(s)
- Analyze and approve expenses submitted by the repair sites
- Handle petty cash transactions including daily cash and bank account reconciliations for B2X Vietnam HQ
- Audit and monitor the cash management processes at the repair sites, and assure compliance to the defined procedures and guidelines
- Audit and approve purchasing activities and execute related payments
- Assure the integrity of all financial and monetary transactions at the respective repair site(s) on an on-going basis through proper training of on-site personnel, monitoring and regular on site audits
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures and comply with Vietnam regulations.

**Your** **qualifications Experience**:

- Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably in a consumer facing service business
- Experience working for an international company is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Proven knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
- Experience in performing general Finance activities for an organization with several locations
- Knowledge of financial reporting (internal and external according to local practices and laws)
- Knowledge of local Vietnamese laws regarding accounting, finance, and taxation
- Experience in working with payments via cash and bank accounts, and performing basic treasury functions
- Experience in working with standard financial IT systems
- Very good English language skills
- Strong team player within the Vietnam Team
- Ability to functionally lead various employees across many sites
- Mobility to support other sites on a regular basis across the country (current travel needs estimated at 3-5 days per month).
