The Finance Manager position will be responsible for managing Scan Global Logistics (Vietnam) Finance Department.
- Report to the local managing director & regional head of finance
- Oversee and support the entity with Finance functions such as General Ledger Management, Account Receivables and Account Payables.
- Drive productivity, standardisation, scalability and develop best practice processes and SOPs
- Prepare, analyze and examine accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy and compliance to SOP
- Submit monthly reporting to Regional and Global HQ.
- Work closely to Regional and Group Finance (based in Denmark) and SGL stakeholders to ensure company’s best accounting practices
- Responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).
- Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
- Where necessary, work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programmes (e.g. changes to working practices, organisation changes and business “excellence” or lean programmes).

**Qualifications**
- At least 10 years of related work experience is required in this field.
- 5 years of managerial role specialized in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.
- Experience with AS400 and D365FO is preferred.
