**Your Role**
As a manager is a role model, you should guarantee the development of all the team members. Provide leadership and direction to create team spirit, and motivation and develop a high-performance culture in the organization.
**What You Do**
- Managing the CE Department with responsibilities on Commercial Platforms, Field Force Effectiveness, Market Research, and Omnichannel Strategy.
- Commercial Platform: Launch new tools, increase adoption, and develop new features in collaboration with localglobal IT on the following platforms: iConnect, M-Smart, Veritas, e-Wizard, Marketing Cloud, and HCP website.
- Field Force Effectiveness: Sizing, Alignment, Field Force Deployment target definition, Incentive Scheme definition, Targeting & Profiling processes.
- Market Research: Assuring compliance for all the market research processes.
- Omnichannel Strategy: development and execution cross channels customer engagement model.
- BI & SFE, Market Insights & CI: Establish data
- & insights-driven Brand & Field Force strategy, develop meaningful KPIs and metrics, and generate actionable market insights.
- Customer Engagement Excellence (MCM): Grow infrastructure, capabilities, and knowledge on customer engagement, propel customer engagement excellence, and facilitate operationalization from strategy to concept to implementation.
- Ensure in coordination with the Managing Director and the BU Directors, the continuous team working with the GBE&I, the launch of strategic projects and the management of Business Intelligence and Commercial Excellence activities.
- Contribute to the overall business strategies as a member of company country/country group leadership team and that service is provided at the appropriate level of quality.
- Develop and prepare short and medium-term Health Care Commercial Plans. Execute the same to achieve annual performance/profitability targets and market shares.
- Support Commercial Business Analysts in the definition of the in-country analysis & insights to improve understanding & decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with the Business Systems and IT teams for CRM and systems setup.
- Design pre and post-launch KPIs, ensure appropriate dashboard setup and roll-out of reporting systems to local teams.
- Build capabilities within the commercial team (field force, marketing, market access) by leading the Training function in owning workshops, training, and coaching.
- **Strategic Realization Partner**: will act as a sounding board for the Managing Director:
- Help to develop and execute major strategic initiatives in Vietnam in close collaboration with APAC region and Global.
- Identify areas of strategic and operational improvements, which need to be addressed and solved cross-functionally. Take the lead on projects / initiatives addressed and solved cross-functionally. Take the lead on projects/initiatives to make the improvements (Execution).
- Assist the LT to determine and prioritize business strategies based on the key strategic imperatives and determine KPIs to measure performance.
- Act as a liaison to internal partners such as Medical, Controlling, SNO, HR,. Etc. Provide LT members with recommendations to secure cross-collaboration.
- Manage MD office related topics including Country Council meetings and activities.
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following areas: Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering Applied Mathematics, and/or related field.
- At least 10 years in Pharmaceutical multinational companies in similar managing roles.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Proactive, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Agile and willingness to learn
- High level verbal and written communication skills
