**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build the structure for the customer operations and freight operations of the overseas logistics network.
- Identify overseas customers requirements to customize logistics solutions based on the cross-border trade market.
- Support the overseas logistics service providers to have access in the country, make sure the service provider assessment meets standard and oversea SOP processes.
- Follow up customer logistics orders, arrange marine export - import operations.
- Handle customer complaints and issued cases, and reduce customer complaint rate.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding for logistics business, international freight forwarding customer service experience is preferred
- Experience of logistics suppliers or related logistics resources (air transport-service provider/shipping-shipping company) management
- Be familiar with the business operations of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, cross-boarder, import-export, customs clearance and logistics delivery
- Fluent Chinese skills, fair English skills, able to coordinate with stakeholders across the region
