The Murex APAC **Test Factory** is a new delivery unit underlying our managed services offers MXevolve and SaaS. Its main mission is to operate and to maintain the Regression Test Packages of MX.3 Clients subscribed to our service offers. Test Factory is primarily staffed by the Test Engineering domain.

The APAC Test Factory works in close collaboration with EMEA and AMER Test Factories.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Test Factory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our Test Factory, ensuring that it delivers high-quality testing services. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Team Leadership**:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test leads, test factory stream leads, skilled test engineers and technicians to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. Supervise the successful operations of the factory and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Generate reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and other relevant data for senior management and clients.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in testing processes, ensuring compliance with internal processes, industry standards and regulations.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and optimize resources, including hardware, software, and human resources, to maximize testing capacity. Manage budget and staffing needs per region.
- **Efficiency Enhancement**: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce testing cycle times, and lower operational costs. Optimize costs while maintaining high testing quality. Participate regularly and actively in the cross-region capitalization and orchestration forum, along with the Test Factory Managers of the other regions.
- **Budget Control**: Develop and manage the budget for the Test Factory, tracking expenses and resource utilization, with a focus on cost optimization.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring uninterrupted testing services. Handle regional escalations related to the Test Factory.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the Test Factory complies with industry standards, data security regulations, and any other relevant guidelines.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up to date with the latest testing technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to keep the Test Factory at the forefront of the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within a test center or IT operations environment.
- **Banking Capital Markets Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the banking capital markets industry and related software products.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively. Ability to supervise the successful operations of the factory.
- **Process Improvement**: Experience in process optimization, with a track record of enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as it is mandatory for this role. Vietnamese is a plus.
- **Quality and Compliance**: A deep commitment to quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks.
- **Budget Management**: Proficient in budget development and cost control, with the ability to manage budget and staffing needs per region.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance are desirable.
