**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Collaborate with the technical team and other departments in proposing quotation, contract negotiation, project handover, and post-sales support.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, especially those using software solutions, IT infrastructure services, implementation, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as technical team, implementation, QA, and BA.
- Understand client needs and support the project team to propose suitable IT solutions; coordinate project planning and ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support Project Manager to build the project’s roadmap, allocate human resources, ensure the progress and quality of the project.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team.
- Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.

**Requirements**:
**#MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role in the tech/software/IT services/enterprise solutions industry.
- Solid understanding of basic software, IT systems, and financial systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service mindset, ability to work under pressure, and proactive attitude.
- English proficiency.
