Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with international clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market entry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our brand.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Fluent in listening, speaking, and writing in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Background in export/import practices preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in export-import.
- Experience in sales, specifically in the agricultural sector, is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant internships or work experience in export sales will be considered.
