+ Ensure luxury service quality and efficient service experiences
+ Manage the overall Front Office operation while developing talents, responsible for staffing and hiring
+ Create innovative Front Office projects and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
+ Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role within Front Office management in luxury hotels with strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, excellent team motivator, customer centric
- Excellent English is required
