**What the day will look like**
**Growth and Sales**
- Accountable for executing the in-country HS Broking growth plan.
- Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
- Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenues through broking and market related opportunities e.g. Structured Portfolio Solutions, new business Carrier Consulting (GRIP/TBS consulting) opportunities
- Implementing SPS project to ensure the consistency and achieve the country KPI
**Carrier Ownership**
- Constantly identifying valuable carriers and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing carrier relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
- Establishing a carrier information repository including relationship mapping, organisation structure, and details of strengthens / weaknesses and value of placements;
- Utilizing and leveraging data to drive targeted growth
- Creating connections and build relationships with carriers.
- Driving continual improved carrier engagement via World Class Broking
**Product**

- Managing governance for HS broking
- Complying standards and practices and work aggressively to reduce broking E&Os
- Ensuring consistency of pricing structures and usage of insurance markets across Vietnam in cooperation with the manager
- Ensuring strong collaboration between broking team, Client Facing Team (AMs) and claim team in delivering distinctive client values
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University Degree and above
- At least 07-year experience at Account Management/Client Management role in Insurance Sector
- Good English command
- Good Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
