**JOB SUMMARY**

**DataOn Vietnam** (VN) is looking for a sales manager who will be responsible for leading and managing sales and business development activities in Vietnam by developing sales plans, coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation, and meeting planned goals. As a sales manager, we hope you can put your passion for sales management into selling our products and services and converting our leads into customers.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attaining sales targets by successfully managing the sales activities and the sales process in Vietnam;
- Must be able to generate own sales leads and build client relationships at the stakeholder level;
- Mastery and consistent execution of enterprise B2B sales strategies and marketing initiatives;
- Ability to build new pipeline, drive forecast accuracy and attain targets on amonthly/quarterly/annual basis;
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese HR and payroll markets is a plus;
- In-depth knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll related software, services and solutions is a plus;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or Marketing or IT or any similar field;
- 7+ years of related industry experience, preferably experience in enterprise B2B services, software or technology sales;
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen;
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies;
- Strong analytical and result-oriented skills;
- Good command in English;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
