RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect and collaborate with key business stakeholders in Management Team, Product, Sales, and Marketing to identify, evaluate, and manage product growth initiatives that tie in with business objectives
- Lead the development of comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and g row business revenue through, but not limited to:
- Analy s e data insights to segment target audiences, develop tailored treatment and oversee experimentation to cater to various stages of the customer lifecycle journey.
- Planning monetisation strategies for our products via targeted promotions and communication to meet revenue target
- Developing compelling product value proposition, key messages, and user case studies, substantiated with researched data findings for creation of multi-channel sales and marketing collaterals
- Working with the internal team to develop integrated marketing campaigns using in-house (e.g. banners, PR articles) or outsourced ad products and ensuring end-to-end fulfilment
- Lead on-ground activation and engagement initiatives to enhance brand positioning and foster stronger client relationships.
- Monitor key performance metrics and leverage analytics to analyse and optimize project performance
- Oversee and guide the data synchronization process, working closely with data engineers to integrate data attributes for effective activation strategies and marketing automation.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee the marketing budget and expense forecasting to ensure alignment with financial targets.
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Marketing or Business, with specialization in Analytics preferred
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Strong business acumen with**7**+ years of experience in monetisation in e-commerce/MNC**
- **Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Vietnamese, including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.**
- Have experience working alongside Sales and Product teams, in a tech and B2C context
- With a proven track record i n developing and executing successful product marketing and monetization strategies.
- Detail-oriented, experience in planning and running projects
- Strong background in marketing communications and project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Competent in Excel, PowerPo int, Looker, and SQL
