ROLE PROFILE- Provide EHS regulatory services to industries (including regulatory register development, recommendations/ advisories for achieving compliance, etc.)- Conduct EHS audits, due diligence, supply chain audit- Assist sustainable financing transaction services projects (e.g. Environmental and Social (E&S) due diligence, E&S monitoring audit, etc.)- Undertake development and implementation of Clients’ EHS management system, EHS management programs (e.g. waste management, occupational health and safety management, chemical management, etc.)- Assist the delivery of EHS training modules to various industries (both class-room and in the field practical training)- Assist in or prepare proposals as per Client’s request- Participate in Client’s meetings and business development activities as appropriate- Manage projects as per ERM’s project management systems- Work within ERM Vietnam office and with other ERM offices globally as requested in undertaking project works- Works under supervision, as well as lead the task team, as well as instruct team to deliver works in a timely and effective manner- Manage and coordinate subcontractors as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in a discipline such as Environmental science, Environmental engineering, Environmental technology, Occupational health and safety- Master’s Degree in a technical environmental or health & safety discipline is preferable- Good knowledge of EHS management practices and regulatory requirements- Minimum of five years’ work experience either in a consultancy or in industry- Experienced in EHS auditing works- Experienced in project management is preferable- Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation- Trained on essential soft-skills such as communication, presentation, meeting, planning, etc.- Understanding of social issues (e.g. labour management and regulatory requirements and international standards (e.g. IFC performance standards, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement) would be a PLUS
