POSITION GOALS
Responsible for implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and policies for High Tech Manufacturing client
Ensure compliance with corporate, company, and local environment health and safety regulations for Facilities Staff and 3rd party contractors in Vietnam based portfolio.
Conduct training in Safety related field, support emergency response, hazardous material handling, industrial hygiene and life safety with in JLL Scope of Work

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand JLL IFM Service contract
Manage EH&S programs at JLL-Intel Account
Create, develop and implement EH&S policies, practices and programs at site level
Assure achievement of high EH&S standards in the prevention of accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client
Oversee JLL contractor and subcontractor safety programs
Act as resident expert for EHS/Fire Prevention and Protection, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental issues
Provide government compliance with all applicable regulatory and local regulations
Have in depth knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Drinking Water Standards, STP parameter monitoring, Work at Height, Confinement Space Standards, Water Act, STP amendments, Fire safety standards, electrical safety, management of big/small construction projects.
Drive Safety Audits and Safety Training at all locations and follow up with plant-level EHS management to insure thoroughness and effectiveness of programs
Professionally represent the company in all dealings with client EH&S staff, suppliers, sub-contractors
Responsible for recommending corrective action where environment health and safety hazards exist
Collaboration with Regional EHS Manager on monthly EHS leaders meeting, Site monthly reporting, Incident escalation, consultation and other matters arising that require regional direction.
Any other duties as and when required by the direct Manager/Director

Work in partnership with senior and site management to develop and implement strategies, policies, and services to increase employee safety & reduce organizational Risk
Set team targets & monitors performance
Assist & fellow managers and mentor subordinates on EHS standards and practices

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS KEY COMPETENCIES
BS degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Technical Scientific or Engineering or equivalent
8 + years of experience developing, implementing and managing EH&S programs, preferably within a Manufacturing Environment
