- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu đặt hàng từ các bộ phận, từ cấp trên, xác định rõ yêu cầu mua hàng: chủng loại, kích thước, thông số kỹ thuật - Lập kế hoạch, đảm bảo danh sách các mặt hàng dự phòng luôn có đầy đủ. - Theo dõi toàn bộ quá trình mua hàng, nhận hàng, kiểm tra các giấy tờ liên quan và phải đảm bảo chính xác đầy đủ. - Khảo sát giá hàng hoá của các nhà cung cấp, giá thị trường, thương lượng mức giá hợp lý nhất với nhà cung cấp - Tìm kiếm và mở rộng danh sách nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo tiêu chí về mặt chất lượng, dịch vụ và chi phí. - Đánh giá năng lực của Nhà cung cấp: Chất lượng, giá cả cạnh tranh, sự đa dạng vật tư, nguyên vật liệu... - Báo cáo công việc theo yêu cầu. - Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý - Receive order requests from departments and superiors, clearly define purchase requirements: type, size, technical specifications - Plan and ensure the list of backup items is always complete. - Monitor the purchasing process, receive goods, check related documents, and ensure complete accuracy. - Survey the prices of goods from suppliers, market prices, negotiate the most reasonable price with suppliers - Search and expand the list of suppliers, ensuring quality, service, and cost criteria. - Evaluate the Supplier's capacity: Quality, competitive prices, diversity of supplies and materials... - Report work as required. - Other tasks as requested by management

- Nam, Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành cơ khí, cơ khí chế tạo máy,... các ngành nghề liên quan đến cơ khí - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 2 năm trở lên tại vị trí liên quan đến mua hàng máy móc, thiết bị, vật tư công nghiệp, thiết kế máy móc thiết bị công nghiệp, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về hàng kỹ thuật, công nghiệp, máy móc - Sử dụng thành thạo Word, Excel - Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chủ động - Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt - Biết tiếng Anh/Hàn là một lợi thế
