**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily operations of HR Shared Services team:_
- Monitor, provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure the manpower productivity and services quality.
- Work with HR COEs, and other department / function leaders to understand service delivery expectations and ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
- Work with program owners to understand new and changed programs, ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred to the HR Shared Services team.
- Organize work and resources to align with Function’s strategy.
- Recommend HR process redesign to improve service delivery and/or operational efficiencies by leveraging existing resources and new technologies.
- Help the team resolve complex issues related to HR programs and processes.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR Shared Services.
- Accountable for performance results of own team including reward, job evaluation and promotion decisions and employee communications.
- Play as a key contributor in HRIS:_
- Play a key role in HRIS implementation.
- Be responsible for providing input into overall HR systems architecture, strategy and planning.
- Drive data integrity within the HRIS and between systems; develop audit, research and resolution processes.
- Ensure data follows compliance needs and governs data mapping.
- Be responsible for delivering HR data reporting and analytics.
- Provide new user training to HRIS and administrative processing for HR users.
- Facilitate system training and communication as needed.
- Play as an expert in providing the technology assistance to employees and people leaders across functions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR management in which at least 5 years of experience in HRIS and HR operations.
- Advanced professional knowledge of HR and in-depth understanding of HR practice.
- Advanced knowledge in Information Security and Privacy.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in creating moderate to complex HRIS reports.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Problems are generally defined.
