Roles & Responsibilities:


• Delivers high quality design and/or technical work, engaging others with their creative and innovative thinking.


• Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.


• Takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.


• Coordinates and integrates the work of external contractors, suppliers, and professionals.


• Be a role models and contributes towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.


• Builds a network across the business and seeks leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.


• Develops effective relationships with clients and consultants.


• Support senior colleagues with client presentation, making a positive contribution towards project meetings and client engagements.


• Takes responsibility for aspects of the project budget and liaise with stakeholders to ensure delivery.


• Seeks to develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and considers how project fees are maximized without threat to client relationship and repeat work.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor/ Master's degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.


• At least 8 years' experience in similar role with responsibilities that apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and design.


• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.


• Strong design skillset, excellent design quality


• Proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline - Revit is essential.


• A talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.


• Experience of successfully delivering large scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.


• Strong organizational and supervisory skills, you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results. (Able to lead 2-3 designers without daily supervision from Management)


• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team.


• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships. Ability to relate and work well with people at all levels within the team and within the wider office, as well as externally with clients.


• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.


• Proactive, but tactful, in ensuring others within the team meet deadlines (etc)


• Willing to travel as and when required.
