- Cooperation in the development and implementation of an effective internal communication strategy consistent with the company's strategy.
- Promoting PR activities and projects implemented by the team, including supervision over the publications in external media and internal communication channels. Running corporate social media. Updating the content on the corporate website.
- Cooperation in the implementation of internal communication activities and programs building the employer's image and the company brand among employees (employer branding).
- Cooperation in the organization and communication of company events.
- Support for all business areas in terms of internal and external communication.
- Supervising the implementation of the company's CSR strategy and activities. Regular participation in the preparation of the CSR report.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including preparation of contracts and settlements. Preparation of presentations and reports on the executed activities.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related field (working in a pharmaceutical company is a plus)
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media channels and tactics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Must be fluent in English
