**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
1. Understand ratio of daily work volumes and adjust priorities with staff as needed to meet daily service level goals for all functions within the department.

2. Monitor real time, daily, weekly and monthly agent reports and appropriately provide guidance when necessary

3. Monitor calls and review system to ensure quality and service standards are being met and interact with borrower

4. Ensure team attempts, talk time as daily target per collection group

5. Monitor collector’s calls and provide direction and feedback to help minimize errors, increase call control, and successfully negotiate payment.

6. Partner with manager to promote and maintain a positive coaching culture in all staff interactions

7. Participate in continuous quality process improvement to promote operational efficiency as related to Collections

8. Facilitate new hire and refresher training, as well as train new processes and procedures as changes occur in the department

- 2. Báo cáo kết quả hàng ngày, tuần, tháng, hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên khi cần thiết._
- 3. Giám sát các cuộc gọi và kiểm tra hệ thống để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ được đáp ứng và tương tác với người vay._
- 4. Đảm bảo hoàn thành thời lượng cuộc gọi, chỉ tiêu của từng nhóm nợ._
- 5. Theo dõi các cuộc gọi của nhân viên, đưa ra chỉ đạo cũng như phản hồi để giảm thiểu lỗi, tăng khả năng kiểm soát cuộc gọi và khả năng thu hồi._
- 6. Phối hợp với quản lý để thúc đẩy và duy trì văn hóa huấn luyện tích cực trong tất cả các hoạt động của nhân viên._
- 7. Tham gia cải tiến quy trình liên tục để thúc đẩy hiệu quả thu hồi nợ._
- 8. Tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân viên mới cũng như đào tạo quy trình khi có thay đổi cho nhân viên hiện tại._
- 9. Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý_

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Được nghỉ 18 ngày/năm (14 ngày nghỉ phép, 3 ngày nghỉ ốm, 1 ngày nghỉ sinh nhật)

- Thử việc 2 tháng, 100% lương
- Lương tháng 13, thưởng lễ, tết,...

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Minimum 2 years in a similar position

2. Knowing how to run Auto Dialer, IVR, Skip tracing... is an advantage

3. English communication and working
- 1. Tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương _
- 2. Biết chạy Auto Dialer, IVR, Skip tracinglà một lợi thế _
- 3. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và làm việc _
- 4. Ưu tiên ứng viên trong ngành tài chính, fintech _
