Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
- Set up, maintain and develop Accounting Systems software (Misa);
- Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on cash on hand transaction, bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice; and inputting data into accounting software;
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information;
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports;
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Coordinate and check Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT );
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements
- Lead accounting activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy and in time
- Coordinates with other departments, internal and external parties;
- Other tasks assigned by General Director

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing or equivalent.
- Proven at least 2 years of experience in leader Accounting or Auditing field.
- Experience on Finance and Accounting policy and procedure development
- Experience on warehouse management and reports.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detailed oriented relevant for financial and management report
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Willing to learn
- Strong ethics and reliability
