Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Develop (under supervisor of Campaign & Merchandizing Manager) & manage end-to-end livestream host campaign including training and sourcing talent/host, arranging talent/host calendar and reporting
- Responsible for the operation performance of key factors of livestream and talent/host performance by following team’s KPIs
- Do analysis & give suggestion to improve livestream and host performance
- Work cross functionally with commercial team, standby team, creative team, social & digital team to strengthen talent/host and livestream performance

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Min 1-2 years of experience as talent/host/KOL/Community Executive
- Strong talent/host management skills
- Have talent/host/KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and prefer to have a good relationship with talent/host/KOLs/Celebrities
- Knowledge of social media especially TikTok.
- Enthusiast about beauty, fashion, Mom&Baby brands and have a good communication/negotiation skill
- Well-known/experience with Tiktokshop, Shopee live, Lazada live, GoStream platforms
