This role has a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Experience & Engagement, with key responsibilities in HR Operations & Support. You will design and implement impactful HR programs that cultivate a skilled, motivated, and engaged workforce, directly supporting our ambitious AI-driven business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learning & Development (L&D) Leadership (Approx. 50%): - Develop and execute innovative L&D strategies aligned with business objectives and career development pathways. - Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities across all levels. - Design, deliver, or source high-impact training solutions (workshops, e-learning, OJT, mentoring). - Manage the L&D budget effectively and measure the ROI and impact of learning initiatives. - Partner with managers to create and support robust employee development plans. 2. Employee Experience & Engagement Champion (Approx. 30%): - Design and implement programs that enhance overall employee well-being, satisfaction, and connection to Verysell AI’s mission. - Manage and communicate our employee benefits package, ensuring its competitiveness. - Organize engaging activities, events, and feedback mechanisms (like surveys) to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy culture. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and welfare matters. - Develop and promote policies supporting work-life balance and employee well-being. - Monitor team morale and proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee journey. 3. HR Operations & Support (Approx. 20%): - Ensure efficient and accurate management of employee records and HR data. - Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, creating positive experiences. - Manage internal HR communications regarding policies, procedures, and updates. - Coordinate effectively with Finance/Admin on payroll, work logs, and benefits administration. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational efficiency. - Support Talent Acquisition activities if needed. **Qualifications** What You Bring: - 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or specialist role. - Proven, hands-on expertise in designing, delivering, and managing impactful Learning & Development programs. - Strong experience in developing and implementing Employee Engagement and Welfare initiatives. - Solid understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and benefits administration. - Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills. - Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills in fluent English. - Demonstrated ability to build rapport and partner effectively across all levels of an organization. - Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously. - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. - Bonus: Experience within the Technology/AI industry or working with international teams.
