- Work closely with operation team to determine training needs in term of soft skills (sales,

negotiation, leadership ) and product knowledge both for store managers and sale staff.
- Design and execute training/orientation programs for store teams.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate, design and organize training sessions for products/brands for every new product lines.
- Design test/program to follow up post-training and re-train if needed.
- Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.
- Reinforce the sales skills of the store team monthly to ensure KPIs are met in retail.
- Act as a consultant to store staff for challenges they have on the job.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Good at English communication: oral, written and translation.
- Master various sales training techniques (e.g: design training activities,game, case studies, and role playing and group activities, online training).
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related training design tools.
