**1. Mô tra công việc**:

- Xây dựng và quản lý thang bảng lương, quy chế lương thưởng, chính sách phúc lợi cho toàn công ty.
- Quản lý các chương trình XLKLLĐ (Xử lý kỷ luật lao động), giải quyết các vấn đề kỷ luật lao động và quan hệ lao động.
- Xây dựng nội quy công ty, quy định làm việc, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật và quy trình công ty.
- Tư vấn, đào tạo và hướng dẫn các bộ phận về các chính sách C&B.
- Tối ưu hóa quy trình C&B và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý.

**2. Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực C&B với vị trí HR Leader hoặc C&B Manager tại các công ty quy mô từ vừa đến lớn.
- Kinh nghiệm thực chiến xây dựng và quản lý thang bảng lương, quy chế lương thưởng, XLKLLĐ, Nội quy công ty.
- Hiểu biết sâu về Luật Lao động, các quy định về thuế, bảo hiểm, chế độ phúc lợi.
- Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý các tình huống quan hệ lao động một cách linh hoạt và hiệu quả.

3. Quyền lợi:

- Nghỉ hưởng lương 02 thứ 7 trong tháng
- Phụ cấp đi lại, chuyên cần, nhà ở
- Tham gia các chế độ bảo hiểm theo luật, bảo hiểm tai nạn 24h
- Cơm tại công ty
- Chế độ nghỉ phép 14 ngày/năm

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
