**Position Statement**
The Compensation & Benefits Executive (CBE) is responsible for the day to day administration and operations of the human resources functions.The CBE is responsible for carrying out and supporting responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Compensation& Benefits, Employee Relations, KPI & Performance Management, HR Reporting & Analytics, HR Operation. As a collective HR team, the responsibilities extend to promoting the development of an ethical, inclusive and diverse organizational culture. A culture that is based on respect and values, in which all are able to contribute in a context of open information and dialogue, acceptance of continual change and focus on professional leadership and personal accountability.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Compensation & Benefit_
- Operate & control all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SI/HI/UI insurance, policies, benefits, leave tracking, timesheets, internal & external labor reports for local & expat staff, pay slips, report.
- Initiate and implement C&B policies, Reward/Incentive/Award policies, healthcare policies.
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Give advice to HRM about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
- Fully complete on cost allocation and balance information for FIN Department.
- Ensure all C&B policies are compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational needs.
- Lead the creation, review, and update of compensation policies and procedures in line with local and global best practices.
- Manage & maintain medical & accident Insurance for staff and dependents.
- Employee Relations & Engagement_
- In charge of Labor Regulations, Employee handbooks.
- Be in charge of communication on compensation and benefits.
- Address employee queries and concerns related to C&B, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to continuously improve compensation and benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure seamless integration of C&B policies within the Global HR strategy.
- Support all events related to employee and organization. Support & coordinate employee engagement surveys.
- Collaborate with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
- KPI & PM_
- Set up & organize annual performance management, annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Assist in review and implement HR policies, HR Procedures in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- HR Reporting & Analysic_
- Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits-related matters, including budget forecasts, cost analyses, and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HRM and Accounting teams to ensure proper tax reporting, deductions, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Make monthly/periodic internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
- Estimate the budget per year in the scope of responsibilities.
- Employees Culture_
- Support and involve on the People & Culture activities in order to enhance Company’s culture.
- Main in charge in Culture survey, activities and workshops.
- Support in our workforce is diverse, engaged and empowered.
- HR Operations & Others_
- Make sure employee data and all requirement documents to be uploaded in the HR system in a timely manner.
- Data management. Maintaining records and data accuracy, as well as protecting sensitive information.
- Estimate the budget per year in the scope of responsibilities.
- Implement the report for the state per legal regulations and the manager's request.
