**1. Head Chef**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and enhance the restaurant’s menu and recipes.
- Manage food costs and optimize ingredient usage.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality and pricing.
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent quality.
- Train, mentor, and allocate tasks to kitchen staff.
- Full-time position: 38 hours/week.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Creativity in developing new dishes.
- Strong cost control and budgeting skills.
- Proven leadership and staff training experience.
- Proficient in English (French or Dutch is an advantage).

**Benefits**:

- Salary: approx. €3,500/month (gross).

**2. Chef**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in menu development and recipe creation.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients and manage food costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and maintain quality standards.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to maintain consistency.
- Support in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Full-time position: 38 hours/week.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cost control and budget management.
- Understanding of Asian cuisine is an advantage.
- Good command of English (French or Dutch is an advantage).
